When continuous downpours in the south brought on record flood levels, Atlanta residents answer back in a “things are a little slower in the South” way.
Mother Nature handed Atlanta a lemon, and residents fashioned that lemon into a canoe, then took a stroll down the iconic Krog St. Bridge. This great image by Caroline Smith is a perfect reminder that our streets belong to the city’s inhabitants. They’re not only a place where cars move. We all pay for them, let’s use them how we want. Thanks Caroline, for the reminder.
